The aroma is surprisingly smooth and filled with vanilla with a hint of allspice and menthol. The palate builds soundly off the nose with plenty of warm baking spices, yellow plantain, caramelized flan, and more vanilla. The finish is medium to long with a lingering heat and sweetness.
