A blend of 5 year old Bajan and Guyanaese rums (aged in American oak), which is then sent over to Jerez for a further maturation in Dos Cortado Palo Cortado Sherry casks.
Tasting Note: Vanilla, marzipan, molasses, oak, dried fruit, black cherries, orange peel and allspice.
